斯卡布罗集市最初的版本是诞生于十三世纪的一首英格兰民歌。 1965年，保罗·西蒙从一位英国民歌手，马丁·卡西那里学会了这首歌的旋律，二次创作改编成了斯卡布罗集市，也就是西蒙与加芬克尔(Simon and Garfunkel)为电影《毕业生》所创作的主题曲 而莎拉布莱曼是在2000年的月光女神专辑中再次演绎这首歌曲，这也是我个人最喜欢的一个版本
